Aaron Goldstein
As an entrepreneur himself, Aaron came to Spectral as a friend of the CEO to lead the graphical arts department. Joining in 2016 he took the reins of the art department making it a strict and very professional department and service of Spectral.
Aaron runs his own Graphics/photography business called Goldstein Digital based in Southern California.
Lillith Valentine (On Boarding Lead)
The MOL is responsible for all new members joining the organization and their on boarding. The MOL is also responsible for communicate changes, placement of members and communication with other directors as well as scouting of potential members.
Creating policies and handbooks that detail company operations.
Emailing new members with details about the company, expectations, and requirements
Welcoming new members with prepared onboarding kits.
Introducing new members to their team members.
Providing new members with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed.
Detailing all new members' initial tasks and answering any queries.
Ensuring new members have the necessary technical assistance to set up their hardware and software.
Gathering and filing all paperwork related to new members, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
Arranging product and company demos and presentations.
Position open (Streaming support lead)
The streaming support lead manages the members of the organization that are streamers, by use of statistics and visual input the support lead will partner with team members to discuss improvements and what was observed during assessments.
Use gamification, empowerment, trust and other strategies as appropriate to develop and motivate team members
Develop a multifaceted rewards system that makes team members excited to show up
Supervise creators on personal growth
Teach and train team members on various streaming strategies
Communicate expectations, assignments and responsibilities clearly and professionally
Undertake ongoing customer service work to better understand the demands, positives and pain points of the job
